Valentina Schade

Valentina Schade comes to the Lancaster County Community Foundation after more than ten years of working in the nonprofit sector, mainly in the area of community outreach and communications. She believes the best place to enrich our world is in our own neighborhoods and that a motivated community to create positive change is an unstoppable force. An avid runner and enthusiastic hiker with an insatiable appetite for good books, Val is happiest when she’s spending time outside with her husband Matthew, son Penn, and border collie Mitchell.
