Ian Sanchez-Herasme

Ian Sanchez-Herasme is a colorful, non-binary, Latinx creative rooted in Lancaster City. They bring heart, gratitude, and a deep sense of joy to their work at the Lancaster County Community Foundation. Before joining the Community Foundation, Ian held many roles where they gained experience in social media, volunteer management, housing/resource support, customer service, and much more. Outside the office, you’ll often find Ian laughing with friends, sipping oat milk lattes, walking through nature, singing, and/or enjoying something delicious. They also write and record pop music and occasionally perform on local stages throughout the County.
