CASA of Lancaster County

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Lancaster County, as a very young organization, created an endowment with the Lancaster County Community Foundation.  CASA did not have the internal capacity to manage an endowment but we did have the opportunity to partner with a trusted community entity while investing in the future of our organization.  We were thrilled to be able to work with the Lancaster Community Foundation and have our limited resources leveraged with so many more for the greater good.

CASA as an organization focuses on lifting up the most vulnerable members of our community, children who have suffered abuse and neglect.  The mission of the CASA program is one we wanted to see live on in perpetuity.  For the financial health of CASA and future of our mission, we made the decision early to invest in the longevity of the program in order to ultimately benefit as many children in our community as possible.
