Junior Achievement (JA) is on a mission to ignite a fire in students, empowering them with self-belief and a clear sense of purpose. Collaborating closely with schools and communities, JA serves as a beacon of inspiration, driving students to actively shape their destinies. Through dynamic, hands-on lessons and mentorship, JA programs unveil the practical relevance of classroom learning, equipping students with essential skills for thriving in both work and higher education. By mastering financial management, grasping economic fundamentals, and exploring diverse career paths, students emerge prepared to excel in the workforce, make savvy financial choices, and fuel their local economies with their knowledge and drive.
Junior Achievement of South Central PA is Lancaster County’s local affiliate of Junior Achievement USA, one of the largest U.S. organizations dedicated to empowering young people to own their economic success by enhancing the relevancy of financial education. Junior Achievement’s programs – in the core content areas of work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy – ignite the spark in young people to realize the opportunities and realities of work and life in the 21st century.

Junior Achievement of South Central Pennsylvania’s Endowment Fund represents a commitment to local youth, their future and the future of our community.
