Baldwin Leadership Program

The Baldwin Leadership Program is a unique grant opportunity that promotes personal growth, leadership development, and meaningful community connections. The $5,000 grant award supports your personally designed project and participation in an 18-month series of guided workshops that foster self-reflection, bridge building, joyfulness, and more. Participation in monthly cohort meetings is required. Seven local leaders will join the Class of 2027 and embark on an extraordinary experience.

Applicants must be employed by a Community Benefit Organization (CBO).
