Chris Ballentine

Chris Ballentine is an enthusiastic advocate for Lancaster City and a key figure at Willow Valley Communities. As Community Relations Manager, he is at the forefront of community outreach and advocacy for Southern Market and the development of Mosaic; two transformative projects that will revitalize a formerly neglected area of Lancaster. A skilled communicator, storyteller and collaborative organizer, Chris’s passion for community extends beyond his professional role. He’s a former Lancaster City Councilor and currently serves on various boards and committees, including Lancaster General Health Foundation and the presiding chair of Leadership Lancaster.

Devoted and particularly proud of his two teenage daughters, Chris understands the delicate balance between professional aspirations and strong family bonds. These precious relationships inspire Chris’ commitment to making Lancaster a better place for everyone.
