Join us to learn how you can partner with the Lancaster County Community Foundation through the 2021 CBO Equity & Inclusion Program!

The Community Foundation’s CBO Capacity Building Program supports capacity building work designed to help fulfill an organization’s mission. Examples of capacity building includes strategic planning, marketing or staff development. Upon successful completion of the cohort experience, organizations will be awarded dollars to implement a project advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization.
This program is one of our grant opportunities that follows a cohort model: the cohort experience is designed to gain a shared language and concepts. Get ready to spark insight and innovation while addressing organizational culture and systems in thought provoking ways.
Community benefit organizations (CBOs) will engage in an 8-month workshop series designed to guide organizational practices through a lens of equity and social change. The cohort will work with a consultant to identify potential ideas focused on building equity and inclusion.
