Sam Bressi

Sam has his bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Penn State University. Since 2008, he has served as President & CEO of Lancaster County Community Foundation. In that role, he leads an executive team that is the driving force behind the strategic focus and daily work of the Community Foundation. He serves on the board of directors for the Council on Foundations, a membership organization that supports the work of over 900 member foundations worldwide.

Sam brings more than 30 years of executive level leadership experience and a personal understanding of what it takes to run a high-impact community leadership organization. His passion and commitment to creating a brighter future for Lancaster helps him see the possibilities of what our community can become.

A 4x marathoner and former lead guitarist, Sam adores his wife Linda, son Justin, daughter Hannah, daughter-in-law Lindsay, grandson (and best buddy) Roman Lee, and his golden retriever, Bixby.
