“I dream of a program demonstrating effective fearlessness in sharing opinions and perspectives, followed by opportunities to practice doing the same. The goal is to elevate our ability to debate big ideas and challenges with little to no exaggeration or bias. This could be a county-wide initiative that, with enough participation, would strengthen Lancaster County and possibly inspire other communities.”
