Established by the friends of K.L. Shirk, a prominent Lancaster attorney,this fund supports community activities that foster human relations, bring people together, educate, and promote understanding among Lancaster County residents. It is intended that grant funds support programs that address issues such as, but not limited to, race, gender,class, disability, and culture. Such programs could take the form of special events, lectures, or educational programs in schools and communities.
