Our collaborative initiative with nonprofit leaders and community partners empowers executive directors to lead more successful and stable organizations.  This initiative increases access to a broad range of resources and information as well as learning and networking opportunities. 

To date, this initiative includes the Nonprofit Resource Network at Millersville University, the Nonprofit Information Collection at the Lancaster Public Library and the John R. Baldwin fellowship program at the Community Foundation.
