The John R. Baldwin Fellowship Program is a personal and professional development program for nonprofit leaders in Lancaster County. The program honors former board director Reverend John R. Baldwin for his outstanding 20 years of service to the organization. From funding made available through this program, the Community Foundation will offer grants annually to several fellows to implement self-designed programs of personal and professional leadership development. Fellows are selected after proposals are reviewed by Community Foundation staff, a volunteer review committee, and our board of directors. This fellowship program is unique in that it is designed to benefit an individual nonprofit leader, not the organization that he or she represents. If you are a nonprofit leader in Lancaster County interested in advancing your professional and personal development, please visit this page to learn more.
