Dan Pallotta, author of "Uncharitable," social entrepreneur, and a leading voice for change challenged us to think bigger about the future of Lancaster. Many people who attended said they wished a board member, colleague or friend could have heard Dan's message. The energy of the day came as much from our own conversations and reactions as it did from Dan's ideas themselves. Now, you can use his talk to generate further discussions with others and the causes you care about. Full Speech: Dan Pallotta's Keynote Message is here
