As a Community Foundation, we have the ability to take the lead on community opportunities to make a positive difference in Lancaster County.  In addition to investing in essential community programs, we work with the community to identify areas of opportunity that will produce change that area residents can see and feel.

These opportunities have included major efforts to strengthen the leadership of area nonprofit organizations so that they can continue to meet the needs of area residents and to strengthen the economic impact of the arts, which contributes $28 million to  our local economy and create 800 jobs.
